We ship North America wide! We are more than happy to arrange international shipping, please contact us for further details. All items are shipping from our flagship store in Kelowna, BC. All pricing is shown and processed in Canadian Dollars.
We aim to have your order shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
returns
All regular priced items may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with your receipt, including all packaging.
All sales 20% off and above are eligible for store credit only.
Please note, all special orders and pre-order purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. a restocking fee plus applicable taxes may apply. the remaining refund balance will be issued as a store credit.
refunds
Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer service team at hello@nurturedhome.ca. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement and guide you through the exchange process.
exceptions
Certain items such as apothecary, perishable goods, sale merchandise & customized orders, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team.
return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return label or pickup.
damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
