Nurtured Home Shoppe is looking for a warm, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, part-time position in a beautiful and inspiring environment. Whether you're a parent returning to the workforce, someone seeking a meaningful few days each week, or simply someone who loves home décor and connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details

• 2–3 days per week
• Approximately 12–18 hours weekly
• Daytime shifts
• In-person position
• One weekend day mandatory

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the shoppe
• Providing product knowledge and styling suggestions
• Creating a warm and inviting customer experience
• Processing purchases through Shopify POS
• Pricing and tagging merchandise
• Supporting daily shoppe upkeep and organization
• Helping maintain a beautiful, clean, and inspiring space

• Enjoys working with people and building genuine connections
• Appreciates beautiful homes, design, and intentional living
• Is dependable, organized, and proactive
• Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Works well independently while also being part of a small team
• Aligns with the Nurtured aesthetic and values

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience using Shopify POS
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or boutique experience
• An interest in interior design, home décor, or styling
