Join Kate E-RYT500 YACEP SOYA and Tessa E-RYT500 YACEP for a 6.5 hour retreat inside a sun-filled greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing. 

We'll begin and close our day together with 90 minute yoga practices and sound bath designed to help you soften, recconnect and move with intention. 

In between, you'll receive:
