The ability to create a sense of togetherness may be one of the most important parts of ritual. Daily rituals are a selection of activities to perform daily with the intent of being mindful about the present moment and how said activity makes us feel. Rituals are not routines - rather, rituals give us a sense of connection to our own specific needs to draw awareness to our own self.
